You’re Not Just Hiring a Contractor. You’re Choosing Who Enters Your Home.
We built Pinnacle because homeowners deserve better. Better communication. Better craftsmanship. A crew you can actually trust around your family and your belongings. Every person who works under the Pinnacle name was hired based on who they are, not what their hourly rate is. No subcontractors. No strangers. Just a team we'd vouch for in your home without hesitation.
The Pinnacle Standard
We don't do one-day showers. A proper installation takes time. We set our bases in a mortar bed and let them cure overnight — because stepping on a base before it's set moves something that was never meant to move, affects how the base drains, and compromises everything built on top of it. If the manufacturer says wait, we wait.
We leave your home the way we found it. Every day. Drop cloths go down from the entry to the bathroom before we touch a single thing. When we're done for the day, tools leave with us, debris is cleared, and your home is clean. You shouldn't have to live in a construction zone because we're working in one room.
Every detail is intentional. Accessories are level and plumb. Panel lines align where they're meant to. Nothing gets installed because it's close enough — it gets installed because it's right.
"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters." — Colossians 3:23
Meet the Crew
Henry Schnars
Henry has spent most of his life as a student of the trades. He got his hands dirty across multiple disciplines trying to find the one that was meant for him. He spent six years running a general contracting company, doing everything from additions to full bathroom remodels — and it was during that time the trade found him. Showers.
There's nothing quite like the look on a customer's face when they see the finished product for the first time — that moment never gets old. When Henry is on your job, the owner is the installer. That’s not something most companies can say.
Outside of work — and sometimes during it — Henry likes to sing. He also plays guitar, though if you ask him, he'll tell you he just strums chords. His favorite thing to do is spend time with his wife Casee and daughter Paytyn.
Owner & Lead Installer
Operations & Client Experience
Casee Schnars
Casee is the first voice you'll hear when you reach out to Pinnacle — and that's by design. She handles all incoming calls, scheduling, and client communication, making sure every homeowner who contacts us gets a real response fast. She keeps the business running behind the scenes: appointments, admin, receipts, and everything that has to happen between the first call and the finished shower. She also steps into the field when the job calls for it.
If you've ever wondered who keeps Henry organized — it's Casee.
Outside of work, she's the head softball coach at Lordstown High School, which means she already knows how to manage a team, run a tight operation, and keep people accountable — skills that translate directly to how Pinnacle runs. She's also a mom first, which means she understands exactly what it means to let someone into your home. She doesn't take that lightly, and neither do we.
She also makes what Henry and Paytyn will tell you — without hesitation — is the world's best PB&J.
You?
Or Someone You Know
We're growing — and we're looking for the right person to grow with us. Not just someone who can do the work, but someone who wants to learn it the right way and eventually lead. If you show up like a professional, care about the craft, and want to build something worth being part of, we want to hear from you.

Built on Six Years of Real Work.
Fair question. Pinnacle Shower Co. is a new brand — but the experience behind it isn't. Before launching Pinnacle, Henry spent six years running a contracting operation across Northeast Ohio, completing projects ranging from additions to full bathroom remodels. It was during that time he found his specialty — showers — and decided to build a company around doing that one thing at the highest level possible.
The reviews and project photos you'll find on this site reflect that body of work. Same hands. Same standards. New name.
"Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established."
— Proverbs 16:3
