Our whole process is built around one goal: making this easy — even enjoyable — for you. A remodel shouldn't be something you endure. When we pull out of your driveway on the last day, we don't want you thinking "finally, they're gone." We want you thinking "I'm going to miss those guys."
Step 1 — You Reach Out
It starts with a simple form. Tell us about your project, your timeline, and what you're hoping to accomplish. From there, schedule your introductory phone call directly — which is the next step. No back and forth, no waiting — you'll know not only if, but when we'll call you back. It takes less than two minutes and puts the whole process in motion. We review every submission personally and come to the call prepared.
Step 2 — The Phone Call
Before we schedule anything in person, we'll have a brief phone conversation. We want to understand your project, answer your initial questions, and make sure Pinnacle is the right company for your job. This call typically takes 10 to 15 minutes. If it makes sense to move forward, we'll get your in-home consultation on the calendar.
Step 3 — The In-Home Consultation
We come to your home, look at your space, and have a real conversation about what you want. We'll take measurements, walk you through your options, and present Samuel Mueller product selections so you can see exactly what you're getting before anything is decided. Plan for about an hour. By the end of this visit you'll have a clear proposal, a defined scope, and everything you need to make a confident decision. One honest conversation — no pressure, no sales tactics. We won't hold you captive in your own home.
Step 4 — We Get to Work
Once you've signed off on your proposal and your start date is locked in, we show up ready to build. Drop cloths go down before anything else. You'll have a direct line to the crew throughout the entire project. We communicate daily so you always know where things stand. No silence. No surprises. Just clean, professional work from start to finish.
Step 5 — The Best Part
This is the moment we work toward on every job. When the last detail is finished we walk through the completed space together — and this is where the crew gets to see the smile on your face when you see your new shower for the first time. That moment never gets old. It's why we do this.
